One of the main reasons I encourage small to medium business owners to begin automating their workflows is that it gives them a leg-up.
An opportunity to compete with the bigger players.
The ones that can hire specialists, or have time to find, hire and manage a team of VAs.
By taking full advantage of the power of automation – you massively increase your output and your productivity, without massively increasing your time inputs.
In other words, you can get more stuff done.
See your competitors posting regularly on social media but you don’t have time to do that?
– Automate the workflow so all you have to do is send a single email to yourself (like I am doing right now) – and all the social media is done for the day.
Want to get going on blogging but it takes far too long?
– Automate the blogging so that the posts are scheduled out months in advance
Don’t want AI to write for you, but every time you sit down to write a blog post, you’re not sure where to start?
– Set up an automation to email you every morning with 5 blog post ideas and a suggested outline for each one.
– Pick one, write a blog post, email it to yourself and let the machines do the publishing and promotions
Know you need more reviews but are not following up with people after your service delivery?
– Set up an automation to email your customers after service is provided, and check they are happy. If happy, ask them to do a review. If not happy, alert you so you can attend to it.
Have a database of old customers and leads who you know you should tap to see if you can get more business, but you keep putting it off?
– Automate it! Get AI involved to have a conversation with people and automatically book appointments in your calendar.
I promise you, once you head down this track, it kind of becomes addictive.
Because you can see your business operating on a whole new level…
…but you’re not having to hire more people or do any extra work yourself.
More results for less effort. Look like a big player even if you’re only one person.
I’m looking to help people get started down this track of automations.
And the fact of the matter is – if you can think up a scenario – I can almost certainly automate all of it, or at least shrink your actual work to the barest minimum.
